1. Appointment Rescheduling & Notice
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform our reception team at least 2 hours in advance by calling +91 78806 00373 or messaging us on WhatsApp. This allows us to offer the time slot to other guests on our waiting list.
2. Late Arrivals
Arriving late for your scheduled appointment may shorten your treatment duration out of consideration for subsequent reservations. Full treatment charges will apply.
3. Advance Deposits & Refunds
For group reservations, couple suites, or special wellness packages requiring an advance deposit, cancellations made at least 4 hours prior will receive a full credit or reschedule option. No-shows or cancellations with less than 2 hours notice are non-refundable.
